The Story Behind Our Team

It started in late 2021 when our founder, Astrid Chen, was consulting for a Taipei manufacturing company. They'd invested heavily in predictive maintenance AI but couldn't tell if it was actually preventing breakdowns or just generating reports.

Three months of digging through logs and performance data later, Astrid realized the problem wasn't unique. Every business using AI faced the same challenge: how do you know if your AI is working?

That's when she started building the first version of what became NovonGrowthX. By mid-2022, we had our core team of twelve specialists, each bringing expertise from different corners of Taiwan's tech industry.

Today, we monitor AI performance for companies across Taiwan — from fintech startups in Taipei to agricultural tech firms in Yunlin County. Each project teaches us something new about what businesses actually need from their AI systems.
